News Update: Between May 30 and July 4th 9,700 votes were cast in the Children's House Eastsound Mayoral Election...and Congratulations to Great Dane Dakota, the new Mayor of Eastsound!  Check the stats on the Mayoral website here. Thank you to all of the candidates, the ballot-box-hosting-businesses, and especially to the voters for raising nearly $10,000 for Children's House!!

News Update: Family Dance Night is Back! The Preschools of Orcas Island together with Orcas Family Connections are hosting a monthly series of five fun dances for the whole family.  There will be a bake sale and costumes are encouraged!  All proceeds of this fundraiser will directly support the four preschools of Orcas Island and Orcas Family Connections. All funds will be shared equally between the hosting groups.  Family Dances are scheduled at Odd Fellow's Hall from 6-8pm on the following dates (Children's House & Kaleidoscope already hosted their dance):

• July 11, Orcas Family Connections hosting
• Oct. 3, Montessori hosting
