Dear Preschool Parents,
This week at preschool we had a chilly, fun time exploring a winter theme as the season quickly approaches. The children made snowflakes with lots of glue and glitter. We also enjoyed making cookies in the shape of a foot-as requested by some of the children. Shaving cream and water colors were on the table one day last week, and the children had a great time drawing and painting with it. This activity was enjoyed by many children and it was a great sensory experience. Khadoma sang with the children on Wednesday as usual, and we enjoyed many great stories at circle time.

Next week at preschool we will continue with our chilly winter theme. The children are going to be decorating contact paper snowflakes and snowmen. We also plan to make Gak with the children. This is a sticky, gooey concoction that is always a big hit and amazing to feel and watch. Please note that our annual holiday party is on Wednesday December 9th at 5:30pm at the Senior Center. It is a potluck and all are welcome. Please come and enjoy making gingerbread houses and visiting with Santa!

Jenny, Tess, Khadoma, and Amy!
