Dear Preschool Parents,
Last week at preschool we had a great time talking about Seeds! Teacher Khadoma is an amazing gardener and has a lot to teach the children about growing plants. She created a plant calendar for our garden, planted peas inside with the children, and taught them a new garden song. We are so lucky to have Khadoma at Children’s House! The children planted seeds this week, made tissue paper flowers, and made seed and glue collages. Although it was cold and sometimes wet outside this week, we still went out to run and around and play. Please remember to dress your child appropriately, and bring hats and gloves on cold days! Thanks so much.
Next week at preschool we will continue to talk about planting and seeds. We will also being talking about Saint Patrick’s Day since it is on Wednesday. The children will make shamrock window stickers and they will create a rainbow with a pot of gold on the bulletin board. On Tuesday we will visit the Funhouse which is always a lot of fun! Later this month we will be working on a project that requires milk cartons. If you have any ½ gallon milk cartons please bring them in!! Thanks so much. It should be a great week.
*Don’t forget to wear green on Wednesday!!*

Quote of the Week: Lilly said while drawing a picture of her mom, “You can’t be a mom without eyes because then you would just crash.”
